Do you know about legislation affecting WVPT and WVPT's Education Services?

If ever the Public Broadcasting Service or any of the programs it supports and helps to carry out (such as NCLB) is threatened, a letter from you can make a difference to Congressional Leaders and Bush Administration Officials. Please check out sample letters at http://www.setda.org and follow these easy steps to get your letter of support into the hands of the decision makers. YOUR LETTER will make a difference!

Here's what to do:

  1. Customize your letter inputting your state; print it o­n company letter head if possible (but not necessary).
  2. Forward this URL to all the people in your address book you think might write a letter of support.
  3. Look up your Congressional Leaders at www.wvpt.net/support/legislator.html (or if you do not live in the WVPT viewing area, check out www.congressmerge.com: Find my Representative, and type in your zip code.
  4. Fax or email your letters to both the congressional leaders o­n your Congress merge list and the following Bush Administration Officials:
