EDCT 631 Digital Audio in the Classroom
August 11 & 12 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Participants will identify, use and evaluate technology resources in the context of designing and delivering instruction that is consistent with current best practices for integrating technology.  The Virginia Computer/Technology SOLs and the National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers will be referenced throughout the course.
Participants will use audio to convey their ideas and demonstrate their understanding of a subject. They will learn to use (and encourage students to use) audio resources in such a way that promotes learning. Participants will consider ways to use audio to promote higher-level thinking skills.
